After you watch the video, go here and do some further research.

Then take a trip here and start to connect the dots.

 16 Oct 2009 @ 8:57 PM

Below is correspondence between James Nobles, Office of the Legislative Auditor, Lori Swanson, Minnesota Attorney General, and Mike Hatch, former Minnesota Attorney General.

At the heart of the questions are:

How did ACORN get a piece of the judgment from Capital One?

Why did Acorn endorse Mike Hatch for Governor?

Why did the State of Minnesota sue for $1.00 less than the amount that would have precluded the distribution of the funds? Per Minnesota statute 16a, subdivision 1(b) which states“A state official may not commence, pursue, or settle litigation, or settle a matter that could have resulted in litigation, in a manner that would result in money being to a person or entity other than the state.”

ACORN 2nd Subpoena
ACORN 2nd Subpoena

Yeah baby!

The house of cards is coming down, and as these rocks are turned over, the current residents of 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. and a certain Junior Senator may be struck by a ray of truth.

From Redstate.com

A copy of Bertha Lewis’ contact list leaked to Redstate.com shows the leader of the embattled ACORN has the ability to contact some White House personnel directly.

From the article:

“The list contains the private email addresses and cell phones of scores of powerful and influential people from Al Sharpton to Charlie Rangel. It contains several people inside the Barack Obama administration including one of the closest ties to Barack Obama other than his wife.”

This is well worth reading more than once, not because it shows that when Beloved Leader was on his media blitz over the last week, dodging questions about ACORN, there was and is more going on than was expressed by Beloved Leader. It is yet another example of the systemic disinformation coming out of the White House.

Thank you for contacting me.  I am honored to hear from you, and proud to represent you in the United States Congress. I want to be the very best Congressman that I can be for you.

Because of the volume of e-mails I receive, it can take some time to send a specific response that addresses the subject raised in your message. I want to let you know that your message has been received and we are working to send you a more detailed response. In the meantime, please visit my website at Ellison.house.gov and sign up for my e-newsletter, to read about the work I am doing in the Congress.

Sincerely,

Keith Ellison

more to come……

 18 Sep 2009 @ 9:42 AM

This is the e-mail I sent to Rep. Ellison.

Congressman Ellison,

Your vote to keep funding ACORN flies in the face of the evidence that has been accumulated. The Department of the Census, has cut ties w/ ACORN. Currently the organisation is under investigation in 20 states, and has a well documented history of voter fraud.

It is obvious that you either have not done the research into the organisation, or are beholden to them in some way, shape, or form.

This is unacceptable to me, and reveals a serious flaw in your character. You swore an oath to protect and defend our Constitution from threats foreign and domestic, and supporting an organisation that has been convicted of voter fraud multiple times is a direct violation of that oath.

Your vote on this will become an issue, should you choose to run for re-election.

The voters of the 5th district deserve better than this.
