In observing Beloved Leader’s continued failure to make any sort of executive commander decision on the current conflict in Afghanistan, I feel it is time for a change of job title.  Unfortunately, seeing as how the commander in chief position has expanded so widely over the past 9 months, we have a very wide pool of possibilities to sort through and vote up or down.  I would like to motion that the following titles be considered.

“The declaration that Obama signed late Friday means Health and Human Services chief Kathleen Sebelius to bypass federal rules when opening alternative care sites, such as offsite hospital centers at schools or community centers, if needed.”

“The declaration, which the White House announced Saturday, allows HHS in some cases to let hospitals relocate emergency rooms offsite to reduce flu-related burdens and to protect noninfected patients.”

The company line at this time is this declaration allows federal red tape to be avoided to facilitate more efficient “treatment” of swine flu.

Looks like the first shot has been fired by Beloved Leader. There is upcoming news that there will be an national/federal emergency called by the White House.

Why did the State of Minnesota sue for $1.00 less than the amount that would have precluded the distribution of the funds? Per Minnesota statute 16a, subdivision 1(b) which states“A state official may not commence, pursue, or settle litigation, or settle a matter that could have resulted in litigation, in a manner that would result in money being to a person or entity other than the state.”
